1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MJR Intelligence Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of ForgeStudy Platform, an AI-powered study companion for Grades 6–12 students.

By accessing or using ForgeStudy Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Responsibility

ForgeStudy Platform is designed for Grades 6–12 students. All accounts are parent-managed, meaning:

• • Parents or legal guardians create and manage the primary account
• • Parents create and control student profiles for their children (Grades 6–12)
• • Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the platform
• • Parents are responsible for ensuring their children use the service appropriately and in accordance with these Terms

By creating an account, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian with the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any student profiles you create. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian review and agree to these Terms.

3. Educational Use and Acceptable Use

ForgeStudy Platform is designed exclusively for educational purposes to support Grades 6–12 students in understanding coursework and improving study skills. The service is intended to supplement, not replace, formal instruction, classroom learning, and academic support.

Acceptable Use: ForgeStudy Platform should be used to:

• • Get step-by-step explanations that help you understand concepts
• • Build study skills and learning independence
• • Review and practice coursework materials
• • Prepare for exams and assessments through guided learning

Prohibited Use: ForgeStudy Platform should not be used to:

• • Copy answers directly without understanding the concepts (cheating)
• • Submit AI-generated content as your own work without attribution
• • Bypass learning or skip understanding steps in your coursework
• • Replace your own thinking and problem-solving efforts

Parents are responsible for ensuring their children use ForgeStudy Platform appropriately and in accordance with their school's academic integrity policies. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse of the platform.

4. No Academic Guarantees

While ForgeStudy Platform is designed to help you understand coursework and improve study skills, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

• • Your performance on any examination or assessment
• • Your academic grades or success
• • Your readiness for any specific course or program
• • Your success in school

Academic success requires comprehensive instruction, individual effort, and consistent study. ForgeStudy Platform is one tool among many that may support your learning journey.

5. AI Limitations

ForgeStudy Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. You acknowledge that:

• • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• • AI responses are generated based on training data and may not always reflect the most current information or align perfectly with your coursework
• • AI systems have limitations and may not fully understand context or nuance in all situations
• • You should verify important information through authoritative sources and consult with your teachers and course materials

We continuously work to improve our AI systems, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of all AI-generated content.

6. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use ForgeStudy Platform, you must:

• • Be a parent or legal guardian creating accounts for Grades 6–12 students
• • Provide accurate and complete registration information
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Supervise student use of the platform and ensure appropriate use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any student profiles you create. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. User Content

You may upload educational materials (PDFs, notes, slides) to your account. You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant us a license to:

• • Store and process your content to provide the ForgeStudy Platform service
• • Use your content to generate personalized educational responses and recommendations
• • Improve our AI models and algorithms (content may be used for training purposes in anonymized or aggregated form)

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• • Use ForgeStudy Platform for any purpose other than educational learning support for Grades 6–12 students
• • Use the service to cheat, plagiarize, or violate academic integrity policies
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the service
• • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

9. Intellectual Property

The ForgeStudy Platform service, including its software, design, text, graphics, AI models, and all related intellectual property, is owned by MJR Intelligence Group LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any educational content you upload to the platform. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the ForgeStudy Platform service and improve our educational algorithms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the ForgeStudy Platform service without our prior written consent. You may use the service only for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes for Grades 6–12 students.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• • THE FORGESTUDY PLATFORM SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
• • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MJR Intelligence Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of ForgeStudy Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice
• • Terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms
• • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@forgestudy.com.

13. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

ForgeStudy Platform offers monthly subscription plans with a 7-day free trial period. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• • Free Trial: Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
• • Automatic Billing: After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew monthly and you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@forgestudy.com. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
• • No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the free trial period ends, except as required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused portions of your subscription.
• • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance via email and will apply to subsequent billing periods. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
• • Family Plans: Family plans support up to 4 student profiles. All student profiles are managed under one parent account and share the same subscription.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ForgeStudy Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ForgeStudy Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
